Shipping policy

Delivery times

Orders are packed and dispatched from our Durban warehouse. Delivery takes 7–10 working days from the date of order. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day. During big sales and peak periods, allow a few extra days.

Delivery costs

Standard delivery within South Africa is R150 per order.

Delivery is free on orders of R2,000 or more.

Where we deliver

We deliver across South Africa. For deliveries outside South Africa, email us at info@teesav.co.za for a courier quote before you order.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with tracking details.

Delivery address

Please check your address before placing your order. A street address with a contact number works best, because couriers can't deliver to PO boxes. If you need to change your address, email us as soon as possible. We can't change it once the order has shipped.

Missed deliveries

If the courier can't reach you, they'll try to contact you to arrange redelivery. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address or repeated failed deliveries may need to be re-shipped at the standard rate.

Questions

If your parcel arrives damaged or hasn't arrived within 10 working days, email info@teesav.co.za with your order number and we'll sort it out.
